Kitchener The Metz | 127.8m | 38s | Auburn | Turner Fleischer

Today they were pouring the last section of raft slab for Building C. Columns are mostly complete on the P2 level with the floor and columns starting to go in on the P1 level. One thing to note is the grade change on this site is about 6 meters rom the Palmer to Kent site this means that the P1 level on the Kent side is starting 1.6 meters above the future Kent Avenue extensions grade (320m) but this will all be hidden with townhome units along Kent to accommodate for the grade.

Thought this was an interesting perspective. Cranes for the site as seen from Borden Station. I suspect some of the taller buildings will rise a bit higher than the cranes, but it gives a sense of the size and scale this project will have from a distance.

Also note the 50 Borden Ave site and the notice sign in the foreground.

And a pretty terrible quality photo of the site from on the ION. Also shows the growing downtown skyline in the background.

Buildings A, B and C will be as tall as the center crane. However the rest of the buildings will be well beyond a bit taller.

Buildings I and J are 18, and 20 floors. Meanwhile buildings D-H range from 18-38 floors, keep in mind those buildings also got approval for an additional 40 floors at council, however the exact heights were never stated beyond nothing taller than 38 floors. If one assumes 10 floors per buildings its really 28-38.

To get a real scale one has to imagine Duke Tower behind those cranes.
