Terrific progress on this!
The area desperately needs a decent grocery store within walking distance of the station. That Metro is unbelievably bad, I can't believe I've been relying on it for so long now.
Having a new (larger) LCBO will be a boost too. I hope they don't shutter the one next to the Metro though, would be a real shame for all the residents who live NW of the station.
