The amazing view to the lake with the Humber Bay Shores condos in the distance

Forever views over High Park + amazing subway access + shops and restaurants in Bloor West Village + high quality material (it appears that way anyway) = a winner! There really isn't a lot of resales in this area, because people love it here.

this is a very impressive project. great views, best park in the city, great access to transit, and a well thought out design. Does anyone know why this is on route to the OMB?
I'd imagine the PSF will be substantial, but i'd have to say, it looks well worth it. when do they start selling?
