Nope. That building still needs a lot of work. None of the windows and cladding is in yet along the sidewalk. I suspect the bike lane might be in sooner than the sidewalk will be but we shall see.

This is going to be remarkable as the first upscale Arby’s with a kids play place.

I feel like that wall needs something. What we thinking? Ivy? Mural? L’Oréal ad?
 
I wonder if Stokt or Summerhill Market would do well here as the residential/daytripper population is getting to be a decent size?!

It should prove interesting what does go into that glass space. My fear is that it’ll end up as something overpriced and silly I’d feel out of place even walking into. I’d take a market.
 
I’m personally hoping for the most posh Swiss Chalet (to match the prices of a 1/4 chicken) slash Harveys
