I really hope they're planning on closing down the surface parking lot when this new community starts moving in. It looks like this might happen from the initial renders?

^I believe that it becomes a plaza similar to Old Grist Mill Lane.

The lot isn't planned to close until Dream builds their building to the east, but there are plans as a part of that development (if it happens).
