Solid addition in my book. The massing and height work well and the added height and density along Yonge Street is a major plus.

I suppose...the shorter tower and base on the other side just don't work for me.

Might've been better to just get rid of the red brick building altogether in this case.

Today. The trees look great on the podium, they’re fuller than the trees on One Bloor East even now a few years after planting.
