Was just going to say that... there is still work happening here right? What’s the hold up and don’t say it’s the podium. Pleanty of complicated podiums have been built here in Toronto and none took this long. So really what’s the truth on this snail.

It was a really big hole. I actually don’t think they have been moving that slow, over the winter last year sure but they have gotten quite a bit done recently.

From what I’ve seen from the renders, the way this corner is addressed looks better than most towers. I like how open the corner seems (as evident in the above pics) as well as the plans for a patio to animate the sidewalk.
