Yes, it is Brentcliffe & Eg. The retail spaces on that corner are being planned to become this future project:

The new SPA submission has new minor changes. The storey count reduced from 30 storey to 28 storey. The unit count changed from 322 units to 301 units.

Crane collapse. Hope no one was hurt. I was looking out my window today and something looked off with the construction crane. Taken from a distance so I'm sorry for the poor resolution.
