Yep, Darren is with All Crane Rental who were the ones disassembling the tower crane last week.

So is that site down to just one crane? Or are there two there still to the north of the two towers — I'm not sure from the photos.

Yes, I believe it is.

Hard to tell from pix angle but they are almost finished with the roof on the daycare. Also moving along with foundation work for the lower buildings on the north end of the site. Photos taken 14 April.
