They do have to build the parking structure as it is connected with the other towers.

Will be curious to see what they do as the investor market is not likely to return in time to sell units there before construction completion. Flip the tower to rental?

Interesting. Someone replied to this video on Instagram with a question about expected completion date. Emblem responded by saying that Towers A and B would be open for occupancy in late 2026 (or something like that), but that response has since been deleted.
