This is an incredibly exciting investment in this area of the downtown. Mostly a vast area of surface parking lots are slated to be transformed over to a serious residential area of maybe a dozen 30 storey towers. Will change the dynamic of how this area is viewed.

Today. Ripping up of the parking lot continues, gravel is being dropped off to backfill a platform for the shoring rig. They were still working away after 5pm today.

Saw on Emblem Insta feed a very hyped sales show at the Hilton Markham. Clearly focussed on investors versus those who might call this home.

Yup they were going after the investors for Tower A and B marketing it as a year one rental guarantee but the condo board will be all investors so might be an ICE Condos situation.
