Foreign students that come here filling our universities, hospitals, and entry level jobs don't care. Everyone else does care about living space, functionality such as sufficient elevators and a local community justifying high density, high rise living. People having to settle for housing and communities that aren't to expectations will lower Toronto as an attractive place to resettle. That is concerning since reat estate is dominant force in Toronto's economy.
 
Just a few, taken March 13th, 2024: (Site remains quiet, appears to lack permits required for building up.)

Does anyone know what the plan for this portion of the development is? Is that where the community centre is planned?

There is no plan for a Community Centre in this development any longer. A new location has not yet been determined.
 
They just put in for a partial permit for the underground levels here, 'accepted April 12'

Dig Hole - let sit, think for awhile about whether to actually build anything in the hole; then ask for permission, months after the hole was dug...........

Docs are now up, changes are as follows:
  • South tower increased from 38 to 43-storeys; height increased from 126.48 to 143.91m
  • North tower storey count remains 24, height increased slightly from 81.4 to 83.7m
  • Total residential units increased from 631 to 688
  • Total vehicular parking increased from 175 to 180
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 632 to 698
  • GFA & Unit Mix redistributions
No new renderings.
