Overall, it’s turning out better than I expected. Which is not to say I love the balcony design or don’t wish they had done something more sympathetic with the beautiful old buildings. But it has some nice qualities and isn’t a stinker.
 
I don’t mind the balcony design, I just wish they’d made the balcony guards opaque (white I guess, although baby blue probably would look dope) as opposed to clear glass. Otherwise, cladding and glazing are indeed looking pretty sharp on this. I’ll take a well-executed uninspired design over something bold and cheaply clad any day.
