That grey spandrel on the side of the building is an aesthetic crime. The building is turning out to be a horrible blight on our skyline. The architects should have their licences revoked.

Yeah, the south face here is gonna give YC a run for its money for worst new tower clad in the city.

I'm thinking the has YC beat, by quite a bit: YC's worst spandrel area will be mostly hidden behind the Oddfellows expansion (I hope that gets going ASAP), but this one will have way more spandrel, clear to the top of the original tower.

Actually the additional sin here is ripping up the original concrete cladding and replacing it with this.
