Just a note to point out that the parking lot at 720 Lakeshore West is basically not being used and would be a great location for redevelopment! Also I mention that the Armoury would make a great theatre/event space as it is perfectly situated adjacent to both The Bentway and The Ex.

I think that the bent numbers in the cement may be new? Anyways it has been given a Spring cleaning and is ready for the next round of events. Also I’m not sure what the container is going to be at the eastern end. Finally they seem to have really stepped up their seating game!
