Sales suite for the Addison Residences is being set up at 636 King Street West - north side of the block west of Portland. Other than the sign which was installed this afternoon, nothing visible of the presentation centre from the sidewalk yet.

Adi Development Group has received from the The Home Construction Regulatory Authority (a regulatory entity that oversees the development industry)‚ a Notice of Proposal to revoke its licence. This would be one of six sites that presumably will be/has been shut down sales-wise and will eventually be sold off if the license is ultimately revoked. Adi has appealed. There's a well-written story here about it all, and about the appeal here.

Edit: Updated regarding the appeal.

I can't imagine anyone is going to buy from Adi, regardless. Purchasers are skittish; why would they buy from a developer with such a blemish?
