They're saying bumper height is more crucial than roof height. Also, they're all practically a bunch of duplicates.

With Tridels 300 Front street pretty well toped off. id say 2-3 weeks
The two projects wouldn't have much to do with each other construction-wise. Excavation is a completely different creature from what's going on at 300 Front currently.

So the nice hoarding being used at 1 Bloor E and the Ryerson building at Yonge and Gould is not being used anymore? Do developers not have to use it if they don't want to? Too bad, it's nicer than this style.

69 stories plus mechanical- Did this one grow under our radar at the committee of adjustments? It was approved at 65 and the planners were very adamant it should not be any taller.
On another note, I have been transferred to NYC. Living her once again confirms my belief that planners' concerns over height and density are a bunch of baloney. What matters is infrastructure. And when demand starts to exceed capacity, only then do the capital improvements dollars follow: Second Avenue Subway, East Side Access, Harold Congestion Relief Project, Fulton Hub, etc..,
