The glass is looking very sharp so far, maybe Tridel has upped their game.

I guess . It's just curtainwall. It's still mostly spandrel with badly thought out vents. This should be the minimum standard.

The only really big negative in my mind is the height of this, Harbour Plaza and Ice are all just about equal, I believe within 10-15m of each other, wish this or one of them was permitted to be taller or shorter ! Maybe they're far enough apart that elevation and perspective (depending on the viewing location) will differentiate them; Design wise they're all fairly different !
