Toronto Ten York Street Condos | 224.02m | 65s | Tridel | Wallman Architects

Yes it might be too close?, but then again its a lot bigger space than where Ten York is being built
I mean this site is too close to Water Club, though the lot itself is bigger than 10 York's lot. But at least, there is Gardiner between 10 York and Ice, and Harbour St. between 10 York and Water Club.

The tower is set back off the podium. If the tower of Ten York Street is 20 - 25 metres from Water Club, then it meets city guidelines for distancing.

Saturday morning was my first time driving on the eastbound Gardiner with the podium's height reaching well above the highway.

I must say it's pretty cool that you're driving directly towards the point for a few seconds before veering to its right! It's bound to look even better when it's clad.

Drove by Saturday morning as well and I must say this is going to look absulutely spectacular driving in from the west on the Gardiner when built!

Oh yeah, that is awesome. When the ramp comes down that parking garage will have no choice but to suffer the ignoble wrecking ball. And when that happens and whatever replaces it is erected, I will be driving down Lake Shore not paying attention to where I'm going. With a camera in hand.

Can we report a future dangerous driver? :p
