Well Lamb does like to cattle herd people, urh I mean "residents", into his buildings with his bowling alley unit specials.I guess Lamb just follows the herd

The amount of earthworks/foundation works on this project has made it feel like the forgotten development downtown.

Anyone peer into the pit to see a sign that the are or that they have poured the foundation for the cranes?

I haven't but I can take a look maybe sometime this week.
On an unrelated note, ran into some Lamb staff and they said Lamb plans to buy up a bunch more property in Hamilton in the coming years.

Looks like they're starting to dig out the last level of dirt (clay) and pour a pad soon. Odd site, some days it's packed with workers, other days there's like 3 workers:

It's definitely crazy to see. Where myself and a few others have been getting pictures is an incredible view into what is an insanely deep hole. Just a wobbly fence between too!

What are all the pipes in the base Is that for dewatering or is it old debris

Base is being filled with concrete. I suspect those tubes are piles for anchoring into bedrock. I notice they only are under where both of the towers are going, so likely there as the foundation to hold the weight of the two towers.
