Agreed. Builder sent official letter about reaching grade and expected occupancy for Spring 2027. Seems very optimistic but I'm hopeful.

Every 30 storey tower helps downtown improve with hundreds and hundreds of residents.

If TV City has 618 units within two towers, that's anywhere from say 925 to 1,050 residents added.
