From my balcony. Adding a new piece to the crane. Oh yeah, I live in Kitchener now.

Side of the base, looking East across Charles.
Window framing in the lower section going in.
The cement block in the openings of the base's parking garage is a surprise.. Maybe it's temporary.

The angles of the outer perimeter of the floorplates has been tweaked a bit on different levels, in different directions, which gives the building an odd, peculiarly bent look in some photographs.

Love to see it! I really enjoy walking by on my way to work and seeing the gradual progress each time. Liking the pop of color as well. And the size, it's already so tall so can't even wrap my head around it still doubling in size...

Amongst the emerging downtown skyline (also 11/08/2024):

(Pretty interesting to think the older office building on the left was the only thing of height in this view 10 years ago)

Yep, and it's really quite staggering to me to think of how much of a difference there is. I took a few images of Kitchener years ago while on a VIA train, but only found 2 (maybe the last is lost, its not even on my old Flickr account, or Dropbox)
This was taken in March 2015, but the office building to the left was a very dominant, commanding structure for the area until recently.

Frankly, I cannot recall ever visiting Kitchener, other than once or twice before this photo wad taken.
