How many of those people who've purchased here currently *don't* have a roof above their heads? Evictions are on hold, deals can be made to extend leases during this period, and contingency sales aren't likely with an in-progress development.

That's interesting that they're leaving space between the strips of curtainwall. Anyone know how that's being finished? The renders almost suggest a double skin facade, with perhaps those gaps remaining for some passive ventilation of the garage?
