Super slow build.
Might even take till June who knows. Super slow build.Boy was I wrong on the topping off date for this building as it going to later than it should be. I did say in June it maybe top off by Nov or end of the year, but looks like end of March now.
They are only doing the 10th floor now. Was planning on shoot it this week and was expecting a top off tower.
This has been a painful project to follow.
This is the slowest of any projects I have shot the last 12 years and you maybe right. Costing someone money to carry this project way past it should be completion date for last year.Might even take till June who knows. Super slow build.

Wondering what kind of line they handing to the buyers for this delay?
Isn't the building suppose to be 14 floors? I might be wrong.Feb 27
Forming is taking place on the 10th floor with 2 more floors and the Mech floor to go. By standard, this building will be top off by the end of March and months late.
According to Phantom site for this project, they are still calling for 2022 move-in date and well before the May 2024 as noted in the letter. Unless the 2024 date is a typo, this is a scare tactic to get current buyer to cancel so Phantom can resale them at greater price that will not only cover the $16,000 buyout, cost of everything and a higher profit return.
I stand to be corrected, but looks like someone else is funding this project now.
Which project have I not seen with these panels being install on? In fact I saw the same colour and style on another project that I shot later after this one.
More up on my site
I seen it as 14 floors, but UT has it still listed as 12. If 14 floors, it will be mid April for top off.Isn't the building suppose to be 14 floors? I might be wrong.
We have had it as 12 storeys as no-one's kept track of the resubmission, appeal to the OLT, and subsequent settlement en route to the hearing. It turns out that there was a 1-day settlement hearing back in October and a Decision released in November that ratifies the settlement. So, the developer is allowed to add 3 more storeys. For whatever reason, the City has considered this an 11-storey project up until now, and now considers it a 14-storey one, but there are amenity spaces on the level above the last floor of suites, so we consider this a 15-storey building…I seen it as 14 floors, but UT has it still listed as 12. …of course the building will actually appear to be 16 storeys tall when viewed from Bayview Avenue, as there are two-floor loft units that wrap the P1 garage level facing north and east. Ground floor is one level higher along Teagarden Court though, hence the ignoring of another floor and another approximately 4 metres in height because of the sloping lot.
Anyway… new figures are in the database file and the thread title.
