The podium is pretty amazing. It gives the impression that the street curves sharper then it does. The edge of the building hanging over the podium is nice also.
 
Probably been discussed already, but what's the planned treatment for the columns? That terminus is reminiscent of a street view in lower Manhattan.
 
The building shows well in photos, but it looks even better in person. Sharp, yet graceful, it already presides over the street with calm authority. The glass looks minty and with the black mullions and eventual black balcony frames, this will be one of the best looking condos of the end of this boom period. (This is all assuming the pedestrian level goes as well as the tower so far.)
 
Good looking building, but anyone know what's taking so long to get the structure up? Seems like they stalled out compared to Picasso.
