I was walking to work the other day and saw the new hoardings on the second floor of the retail podium. Looks like there'll be a new Trade Secrets store at this location. Great addition. Good place to get nails done during lunch hour

Agreed. I hope the outdoor ones hold up to the weather… or they had many other replacements made and put in storage for the years to come…

After being in this building many times now, I can say it is hands down one of the finest condos in the city. The finishes are serious - everything from the doors to the elevators to the marble lined lobby. You can tell a lot of effort went into Harbour Plaza.

The suites I have been in, including some on PH1 and 2 look pretty amazing to me. I'm sure different suites have different finishes, so I can't speak for those. Only the common areas and suites I've seen.

Yup, the layouts can get a little funky and the finishes are hit and miss. The public areas are obviously where they spent most of the money.

The upper 65 floors of this thing are great, one of the nicest buildings in the city. It's too bad the podium levels are such crap. Reminds me of the Absolute World towers in that way.
