The company I work for starts moving in to 1 York this weekend - through the end of June. I will be on the 6th floor SW corner. We will have the 5th - 10th floors, including the 5th floor patio. Looking forward to providing updates from within! Stay Tuned.

They leased the floor that has access to the balcony, lucky them!

Sun Life has every floor above 22...the rooftop patio is on 35. The food court also has a patio that is available to all.

Do you know which balcony is exclusive to CIBC?
