Sadly ... I can't honestly say "it looks much better now" :( ... blank solid wall on 1 side and featureless continuous glass plane on the other ?

People are really gonna notice that once the offramp comes down and they start walking on that street. Just like with many Brutalist buildings built decades ago, eventually these podiums will be looked back with scorn and require major intervention to fix their urban design problems.

Mods - Perhaps you can update the thread title - new heights (See OMB Case No. PL151171) - Harbour Plaza sought variances which were approved to increase the heights and number of units: from 224 and 233 to 229.97 and 236.67 metres, and from 1,305 to 1,313 units.
