Not sure if that qualifies it as being the best location in NA. I think if you take any good location in NYC, Chicago, etc, you could easily come up with a longer list of nearby attractions.

Amusing: it's clearly one of the worst locations in Toronto--nice looking buildings though.

Unless your idea of "home" is living next to a bunch of fast & slow-moving highways.
