Isnt the entire footprint of the north building supposed to remain?

I'm not so sure about that, they've already started hacking sections in the back of North building and there's no protective plastic wrapping the rear of it like there is in the front of it.
Picture is probably worth a thousand words in this case, heres one I got from over the weekend:

I think what you see is what you get. They will probably start shoring the wall any day as the north wall concrete base is or was(?) ready to pour today. Pictures from Sunday.
The west wall base prep was done 10 days ago. No indication of any other supporting base prep work.
You can see the cut line on the north wall of the warehouse. Assuming everything else is gone and only the skin will remain.
I assume they will take the copper-clad bridge down too. I can’t imagine working around that for the next year.
It will be interesting to see what they reinstall. There was no indication they were saving the bricks and I’m sure the bridge would need a lot of TLC.
The east wall demo beyond the renderings was mentioned March 16&21.

Will the park space be built simultaneous to the condos, or is that likely to come at the end? Does anyone know the composition of said retail strip that was part of the park space?

In respect of the new bracing for facade retention, I know some here wondered a while back....why are they pouring new sidewalks? Well, they weren't, they were pouring these:
