Apparently ,Menkes will launch very soon the phase 1 of the condos .
I just hope that Menkes will do something beautiful and iconic,like One Yonge.

Prices are laughable given that purchasing power is down and the market is no longer red hot.

Condonow.com now lists this project as launching "Spring 2018" instead of the previously listed Q1 2018.

Any more specific info. from the UT team? I'm interested to see the affordable rental block along the north end of the site.

This looks separate from the LCBO building construction - so they're doing the shoring already? That seems unusual considering the condos haven't been even put up for sale yet, no?

looks to me like it's all staging for the office building - this doesn't have zoning yet so I don't think they would be able to get permits.

Edit: permit explains it. Just drilling the cassion walls while the rigs are on site.
