Hmm, interesting. That or Dufferin. Although I see Dufferin as more of a mid-rise street eventually, similar to what is going in on St. Clair. I can also see the area along Pape between Danforth and O'Connor becoming big too, especially if the DRL goes all the way up to Eglinton. That whole stretch between Pape and the DVP could be golden.

I've always said its a terrible location aesthetically, though desirable logistically.... here's the most recent post from TTT's facebook page:

it's not terrible aesthetically, it's just the north side that is a bit crammed. but it looks good on the skyline as another tower to add density/a beacon. the south view is probably one to die for. but like you said, logistically, it's a unique location.

the curved facade is really working for me. trump is gonna look absolutely huge (height wise) from here.

Trump Update from today:
the glass on the west side looks AMAZING in clear blue skies like today. wow. it POPS!

some observations, the canopy thing is still being installed and glass installation has begun on the south side of trump.

What you can't see in steveve's excellent updates (because of the angle and the setback) is that (at last) there is glass cladding being applied to the upper portion of the East side. Only one floor as of today, but hoping that will improve the look of the East exposure.

No kidding, this is going to be a gem in our skyline.

It's definitely reminding me of a late 70s - early 80s style tower which is great to see. I think it means it will fit in just fine within the business district and is a nice change of pace from the glass towers that are being put up lately.

I'm interested to see the new glass being mentioned above.
