yes, because so much access and supplies need to come through there, the lobby and lower few floors are just about the last to be finished.
 
I would hope not but I guess its possible. We'll have to see if the work continues next week. I would suggest that the cladding is behind schedule compared to many other buildings that have gone up recently and so they have finally made a start on it.

Not likely - the project is at a phase where cladding would be going up anyways, besides it is rather late for cladding eval - most of time that's done way before even the building itself (recent examples - Corus, BA, 18 York, etc)

Few days ago I passed by at the moment of instalation of the narrow panel to the right of the column. I was kind of surprised to see that the granite is preattached to the glass frame-panel, I expected granite to be permanently attached to the concrete. I understand that this way is more efficient, but I would prefer it the old way.

The glass looks good or bad depending on the lighting, etc...

But it looks good so far!... glad to see progress really picking up!
