Queen and Spadina is a pretty desirable neighbourhood.

But this isn't Queen and Spadina at all ! Its further north, in an area with a lot of community housing ...

Its no surprise they marketed it that way, verse say Spadina and Dundas, which are very different (albeit very close).

I'm really looking forward to how this will improve this area though !

It was hard to tell, but from the streetcar it looked like demolition is either done or close to finished.

The Alexandra Park rebuild is akin to the Regent Park rebuild: multiple phases over many years, with some market housing and some TCHC buildings. SQ will have 2 phases itself.
