I miss that view!! Although, it's unfortunate you can't see the CN Tower anymore

They've covered up the lookout hole on the Dundas side hoarding again, but you can kind of see the progress through the mesh on Dalhousie Street.

Some rebar is visibly getting close to about 1 meter or so from grade level on the north end. Perhaps another 2-3 weeks away and the entire site should reach grade.

Not sure but very slow at the least. Pemberton website Construction Updates for Social Condos hasn't been updated for months. Anyone know what the builder's reputation is?

Pemberton is ok financially, they just purchased 33 Yorkville.
