I don't like what this building stands for--i.e., the whole micro-unit BS, which is just another money-grab by greedy developers--but I sure do like how this building looks.
As much as I try to like this building for its rare use of colour, there's a certain unsophistication to it that I can't get over. Perhaps if it was situated just a couple of blocks further west, it just seems to present itself as too 'informal' for that prime location on University Ave/Queen St.
