One thing that's not in the front page story linked above is that the red is all one colour: I confirmed that with Adam Feldmann of aA today. They were considering a few different tones of red at one point, but Adam told me that they considered many options before settling on the one. The idea is that because the balconies angle, and because there's both vision glass and dark back-painted spandrel behind them, the varying light means that you're already going to perceive multiple tones in the red, so why complicate it further?

I'm surprised no one has said anything regarding the red and blue glass for the balconies being installed backwards?! Red goes to the out side in the render and yet... they are all over the place.. what gives here?

I could care less about the pattern. I'm sure they have a plan. I'm just thrilled to see the red. Looks great in person when the sun is hitting them. Actually looks better than suggested in the renderings. It will definitely compliment Picasso.

Some colour really does go a long way. Not just on the exterior. Add some colourful art or furniture to your living space and watch it pop.

Urban capital is quickly becoming one of my fave builders in terms of design.
