^ Interesting how you can see the lake in that pic above, with the way the southcore is being developed (non grid, random arrangements of double towers, not to mention the wall of condos that already exists at the harbourfron) these east west corridors may be the only glimpses of blue water left in the future.
There is no water anywhere in that photo. (in fact I duplicated part of a building to fill in the one gap where water was visible in the original) It was taken from Regent Park looking west towards the core. That is a photoshopped reflection of the sky you are seeing. Here is a link to a less edited version of the same photo for reference.
