Here I thought @ferusian had returned to share the posting load.......but nope....... LOL .....

The Scarborough Health Network intends to stand up a new Education Centre at its Centenary Hospital Campus as part of the launch of UTSC's Medical School.

The project will include some clinical space as well, and also features a 6 storey parking garage. (It will sit on what is now surface parking)

I will note here, look at the Bicycle Parking supply, on a site that located on Ellesmere, which is supposed to get the complete street treatment. Seems low.

I'm ok w/it if there's surplus, bike parking elsewhere on site, otherwise, a portion of the parking garage should be dedicated to bikes.

The parking structure is long overdue here. Only time the lot isn’t full is on weekends or after 5pm on weekdays. Not sure how they calculated the current parking #s cause there’s no way there’s that many on site even when you include the south parking lot.

Minor Variance requesting changes to minimum parking requirements, loading spaces, etc. with a small height increase for both the health building and the parking garage.

I've noticed the parking lot here has been closed for use, I'm guessing work will start sometime soon?
