More signage has been added including Starck's visage and a rendering of the interior courtyard.

The Portland side is really starting to take shape. Here's a blurry photo taken through a window in the dark:

Up until a few months ago, there was a motion-detecting security alarm that was extremely sensitive and managed to get set off every five minutes, 24/7, much to the annoyance of neighbours directly across the street. After complaints were sent to Freed, the alarm was replaced by a bright floodlight on the crane tower which shines brightly into everyone's windows all night.

That sucker would go off during a minor breeze. Must have driven you folks nuts.

The huge light is not exactly an improvement, but at least pace of construction appears to have picked up.
 
Anyone know how much of this "view" will eventually be blocked by 500 Wellington? If 500 Wellington will take more space than just the building to the left, then my guess is half.

Any idea?
