I been a while visiting the site since June so we will recap the updates.

The rental apartments at Roxborough Park is complete

The first phase townhouse on Bingham Rd is complete

Construction work continues on prepping new roads

Every time I see ground level progress photos, it seems like the site gets larger. I have no sense of how large this whole thing actually is.

So the remaining builds are just townhomes now?

The planned 18 and 16-Storey condo project is scrapped and now just all rental townhouses for the final phase at Roxborough Park
