For all the work going into preserving all these facades. On this this huge parcel of land near a future subway station. These two towers should at least climb up to 50 storeys or more to compensate for their work and Toronto's housing crisis lol!I'll be glad when the support beam building is over and we'll be on to regular annoying construction noises. The banging and clanging while they set these things up are something else!

It's "just" outside the boundaries of The Garden District. That ends in the east at Sherbourne, and in the south at Queen.Tricon is now calling this "The Garden District" which, uh, isn't that already used for a place quite a ways from here?

This lot was severed at one point. So here, we have two dedicated rental towers, then a small park will go where the used car lot was... The west side of the property is a proposed condo, that like another development in the area might be referred to as a "chonk" of a building that hasn't seen an update in a while. What a huge site, so are there only two buildings or is that phase 1 with more coming in phase 2 ?
If you're referring to Garden District Condos, that's obviously totally different than The Garden District, and no-one will ever confuse the two, including the guy delivering your pizza to some undeserving wretch in another suite 1005 several blocks away…Tricon is now calling this "The Garden District" which, uh, isn't that already used for a place quite a ways from here?

Don't forget The Ivy and Ivy Condos, both of which are located a short walk away from each other. If you're referring to Garden District Condos, that's obviously totally different than The Garden District, and no-one will ever confuse the two, including the guy delivering your pizza to some undeserving wretch in another suite 1005 several blocks away…
