takes a look at the marketing for this project
Yep, nothing close. As expected.

As long as it's in good shape (no rusting reinforcing steel busting it up), concrete just gets harder with age. Assuming that they took care to correct any areas where there may have been an issue, it's far more environmentally responsible to reuse the old structure.Curious exactly how much money or time they saved by re-using the frame of the old storage place in the new building. It seems like it would be a liability to have that old structure in there. Interesting to note that the BMW office across the road did the same thing many years ago.
Looks like the old structure was actually all steel: https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threa...treetcar-raw-design.20713/page-8#post-1100789As long as it's in good shape (no rusting reinforcing steel busting it up), concrete just gets harder with age. …and if it's structurally sound, then there's no reason to take it down.Looks like the old structure was actually all steel: https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threa...treetcar-raw-design.20713/page-8#post-1100789
Yes for Enbridge. I saw that site when I was there this past week and assuming it will be some type of complex for Enbridge.Clearing the site on the south side of Eastern. Anything to do with this project? There seems to be a connection under eastern at the south end of East Don Roadway.

Is Enbridge on the sign referring to the gas company?
