And is this the development in the east-end by the Don River that everyone is freaking about?

Back at you. Some may find it unbelievable of you to think an office isn't important to a business that sell itself as a design firm. It's the same reason Holt Renfrew spends more than Walmart on their stores.

I'm not at all surprised that these total hacks reside in a dreadful industrial park in a far flung suburb. That speaks volumes about their ambivalent attitude towards design. Reminds me of Doug Ford's hilariously bad business card.

This area needs an urban plan if there isn't already one. It risks becoming one of those in-between spaces that weren't quite planned properly like Liberty Village.

Funny you mentioned Liberty Village. It is the one closest to spec out of all city initiated plans.

New docs posted April 4. Height has been bumped up to 37 storeys (125 m @DonValleyRainbow), and it looks like they're adding precast to the east and west sides of the tower:

Are these architectural drawings the same as the photo above it or different ? It looks a little different.

Definitely different. There's now what looks like precast on the east and west sides of the tower and the podium has been redesigned.

From a few days ago, this is gong up on the block with the white building that has the FARID FORTE graffiti on the back of the billboard:
