At a more practical level - it added a significant amount of housing to a fairly dead zone of the city, protected the existing office uses and upgraded a fairly sub-par subway entrance. The only loss is probably the original architectural features - which was falling apart anyways. The end product - while not super exciting, was certainly not awful. No complaints from me.

The only thing that's really a big miss with this development are the balcony cladding, it's really a lost opportunity.

Scaffolding has been removed from the Dundas frontage. Work remains to be done on finishing the pillars, the rear receiving area on Simcoe, and certain patches among the overall cladding.
