A couple pictures from the drive today looks like building one is nearly complete which will be the end of the need for the crawler crane I imagine we should soon start to see curbs and parking lots in place which means the townhouse phase should be getting underway kind of wish they could have popped up a few more of these

Didn't grab any pictures today but it looks like the crawler crane has been removed and they have equipment beginning to come on site to start getting parking lots and roadways finished off to begin on the townhouse units

all three four stories are complete with service hookup on phase 2 underway couldn't grab pictures of that one cuz I couldn't get a good angle

Reid heritage is currently looking to increase density on this site moving over from the bungalow townhomes that were originally proposed to stacked townhomes adding a boat another 30 units to the site
