Looking real nice! Especially the brick. The seems are almost unnoticable, which is one of my big problems with non-regular brick. But this project shows that if you buy quality you can barely tell the difference in technique!

Looks great. The top is a nice surprise, ie, aluminum (?) panels instead of the usual back-painted, grey spandrel. Okay, there is some of that too but it's minimal.

Not sure if this was planned or not with this retirement residence, but if I were elderly and I had mobility issues and perhaps didn’t get out a lot, I sure would appreciate having these athletic fields to people watch.

Building looks really good to me, and agreed on the non spandrel panels at the top. A nice touch for something different.

This pleasant surprise of a building starts occupancy in January.

The brick quality and detailing looks good up close. Overall, this is a nice strong bones type building that would enhance any urban neighbourhood.
