How soon will the begin demolishing the final corner (Gerrard & River) will that happen later this year or in 2025? Or will they want to wait until they've completely built phase 4?

From what I gather, I don't think anyone living in buildings within the Phase 5 footprint have been relocated yet so I don't imagine we'll see those demolitions within the next year. That said, Phase 4 is the smallest phase and it's a new developer now so I'm not sure how much we can rely on precedent.
 
What's going on with that blue wrapped spiky building across the street? It's so overbuilt and teeny, super strange looking. I guess it borders on neighbourhoods OPD.
 
I know this sounds strange, but I wouldn't mind if they kept one of these apartment building as a heritage/museum piece. In my young teenage years I had a few friends living in these complexes, and so I spent quite a bit of time in the area.
