My opinion: these are still well priced compared to other projects in the downtown core, and frankly, the area immediately around the site has already gentrified significantly compared with to other investor boxes going up along Dundas closer to Church and Jarvis, which are bordering on public health and safety crises. Daniel’s is also a reputable builder that’s delivered most of the phases of Regent Park already and are already well underway with construction here. This is probably a good entry point project for those intent on their first investment property.

That “entry-level prices” are as high as they are, is another conversation however….
