And it's important to remember that Pina Petricone thoroughly trashed Daniels for the value engineering they carried out on their design of the project. You can find it in this YouTube video:

This is a reasonably nice building. The Regent Park revitalization continues to do a good job with aligning midrise to lower-scale highrise density along these side streets.

Just like the urban built form along St. David Street, south of Dundas East. Some photos of that example :

RAW gave us the worst building in the Regent Park redevelopment in the form of their last TCHC building in the neighbourhood. Why are they being given another opportunity to offend our eyes?
